I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about creating a space where clients feel deeply seen, understood, and accepted. As a Spanish-speaking immigrant, I value building genuine, trusting relationships and honoring each person’s cultural background, lived experiences, and unique story.

My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, with a foundation in psychodynamic and mindfulness-based work. I support clients in exploring their inner world and developing insight into the patterns and experiences that have shaped them, while also incorporating mindfulness and somatic awareness to help clients connect with their bodies and deepen their sense of presence and self-understanding, and integrating tools from CBT and DBT when helpful to support clients in navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life’s challenges.

I believe therapy is not about fixing, but about creating space for curiosity, self-compassion, and a deeper relationship with oneself.

I have experience working with adults in residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
