Haley Maennche, Associate Clinical Social Worker#133102
Supervised by Brooke Grandison, LCSW
Hi, I’m Haley Maennche. I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) in California, and I work with teens and adults who are looking for support through life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, mood swings, or just feeling stuck during a big life change, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that actually make a difference.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I keep things real and relatable. I’m all about helping you build skills that you can take out of the therapy room and use in your everyday life—whether that means learning how to manage tough emotions, improve your relationships, or shift unhelpful thought patterns.
I come from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective, which means I believe deeply in your ability to grow, heal, and create change. Therapy with me is a team effort: I’ll bring the tools and guidance, and you’ll bring your lived experience. Together, we’ll figure out what works best for you.
I have a Master’s in Social Work and a background working in the child welfare system, as well as supporting people who’ve experienced trauma. I stay committed to ongoing learning and receive regular supervision so I can provide thoughtful, ethical care.
Above all, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward—at your own pace, in your own way.
