Brandon Wharton, Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #144559

Supervised by Brooke Grandison, LCSW#118207

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2020. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families as they work through life’s challenges and begin to heal from emotional pain, trauma, and disconnection. Whether someone is facing daily struggles with anxiety or depression, or dealing with more intense experiences like suicidal thoughts or complex trauma, I approach each person with care, respect, and a belief in their capacity to grow.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—messy emotions, honest conversations, and all. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Existential Therapy. That said, I most often integrate Attachment-Based Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) into my work. These approaches help us explore not just what you’re thinking or feeling, but where those patterns come from and how we can begin to change them in a meaningful way.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationships—with others, and with ourselves. I’m here to walk alongside you as you gain insight, develop tools to navigate life more effectively, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve compassion and care.

If you're considering therapy, I’d be honored to connect and learn more about your story.
